Placements24 is seeking a skilled Banquet Chef for prestigious events in Stellenbosch wine country. You will lead the kitchen brigade during weddings and functions, ensuring flawless banquet execution and gourmet presentation.

You will design and oversee menus, cooperate with event planners and Head Chef, and maintain top hygiene and safety standards. Experience in fine dining, and wine pairings is advantageous.

• Proven experience as Banquet Chef or similar in high-volume event catering/hotel banqueting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
