You will promote digital channels, ensure FAIS, FICA and TCF compliance, and proactively identify customer needs to provide appropriate banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service or related FAIS fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs to offer banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service platforms.
• Fulfil transactions while meeting set benchmarks.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure FAIS, FICA, and TCF compliance.
