Job summary

FirstRand Limited seeks a Universal Advisor in its POP team to deliver compliant sales and service in a high-volume branch setting. You will identify customer needs, recommend banking solutions, and promote digital channels while adhering to FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance standards.

You will engage walk-in and existing customers, manage leads and referrals, and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF4
• Preferred NQF Level 5 in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields
• 1-3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services
• Strong FAIS, TCF compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner

• Educate customers on digital self-service channels
