Job summary

FirstRand invites a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch. You will promote digital channels and self-service options while ensuring ethical interactions aligned with FAIS & FICA.

You will be responsible for delivering value-driven service, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the brand’s growth in a local market through needs-based banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Identify and cross-sell suitable banking solutions while providing compliant service.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service channels to migrate to e-Channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory compliance (FAIS, FICA, TCF).
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and customer experience targets.
