Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is Grade 12/NQF 4.
• Preferred NQF5 certificate in Banking or related field recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers.
• Promote digital and self-service channels and educate customers on platform options.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance compliance.
• Work in a high-volume branch environment with ethical conduct and professional service.
