Job summary

Hire Resolve seeks a high-energy Sales Consultant to join a growing trading platform group based in Cape Town. You will conduct face-to-face consultations and close pre-qualified leads for a high-ticket UK stock exchange trading platform direct-to-consumer (B2C).

The role is an Independent Contractor with weekday work, requiring Afrikaans and English fluency, a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, and offers a flexible remuneration structure with base salary plus commission or commission-only

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-ticket direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
• Experience in telesales, financial services, banking or telecommunications is desirable.
• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor with own provisional tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an average of face-to-face consultations with clients to pitch high-ticket trading platform solutions.
• Convert pre-qualified warm leads provided by internal booking teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual retail clients and present payment options.
• Close deals with consultative selling and handle objections to achieve targets.
• Self-manage daily schedules and travel within the Cape Town region.
