Job summary

Time Personnel is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Cape Town to identify opportunities, promote products, and expand market share. You will manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and build lasting client relationships.

The role requires Matric, fluency in English and Afrikaans, a valid driver's license, and ability to work independently. Salary is negotiable with medical aid, pension, car allowance, and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Matric is the minimum educational requirement.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.
• Experience selling technical, industrial, or B2B solutions.
• Proven hunter mindset with a track record of opening new doors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to both new and existing customers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client visits and follow-up
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives
• Prepare and submit accurate sales call reports and customer activity updates
• Address customer enquiries and provide product, pricing, and delivery information
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively resolve concerns
• Report customer complaints, product issues, and service-related concerns to management
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
