Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and mining sectors. You will prospect for new clients, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead product demonstrations of telematics and fleet management solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining a robust CRM pipeline and hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ proven B2B sales experience in relevant sectors.
• Strong track record in new business development and sales growth.
• Experience selling fleet management, telematics or related technology.
• Experience in construction, mining or heavy equipment industries is preferred.
• Excellent prospecting, lead-generation and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction and mining sectors.
• Prospect for new clients through proactive lead generation and business development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and senior management.
• Leverage industry networks to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations and solution discussions.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend telematics and fleet management solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and present proposals and commercial offerings.
• Negotiate effectively and close qualified sales opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise commission opportunities.
• Travel to client sites across Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and surrounding areas.
