Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative in client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, creative testing and conversion tracking, and contribute to long-term account growth and renewals. Remote role with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing.
• Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps.
• Present narratives and roadmaps during calls.
• Drive account growth, retention, upsell.
