Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first AI‑driven digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, testing, and the 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps while telling the client story behind the numbers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent spoken English for live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and provide clear storytelling of results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
