Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: you set the roadmap, manage budgets, and drive the narrative when the client asks why. You will run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, influence budget calls, perform creative testing, and decide when to kill a campaign.

Clear English with US clients on live calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Lead 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long‑term client relationships.
