Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager who will own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set the budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, oversee bidding, testing and growth, and ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4 and tag manager on live client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building and optimizing campaigns.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set roadmap and narrative for clients and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and stronger relationships.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
