Job summary

HRCorp in Johannesburg is hiring an account manager to take custody of a live portfolio of existing managed-print and office-solutions customers. You will protect and grow relationships, identify the next machine, site, and renewal before a competitor does.

You’ll work with a base of B2B accounts, perform cost-per-page analyses in rand, renewals ahead of expiry, and cross-sell telecoms and security solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or account management.
• Grade 12; a relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Strong numeracy for cost comparisons.
• Clear, professional written English.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of existing B2B accounts with retention and growth targets.
• Perform fleet assessments and cost-per-page analyses in rand.
• Renewals and upgrades ahead of expiry, before competitors quote.
• Cross-sell telecoms and security solutions into the same customers.
• Keep the pipeline accurate in HubSpot CRM.
