Job summary

NTT Motor Group in Heidelberg, Gauteng, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to greet customers and book vehicles in for servicing and repairs. You will listen to concerns, understand problems, prepare accurate job cards, and provide clear information about required work and quotations.

You will keep customers updated on progress and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion. Accuracy in vehicle records and a proactive approach to upselling maintenance plans will support

Qualifications

• Experience in a vehicle dealership is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Book vehicles in for services and repairs.
• Record customer concerns and vehicle problems accurately.
• Prepare accurate job cards and provide customers with clear information about the work required.
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers.
• Provide customers with quotations and obtain approval before additional work is carried out.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
• Liaise with technicians and the workshop to ensure work is completed correctly and on time.
• Check that vehicles are ready for collection and that all work has been completed.
• Promote additional services and maintenance plans where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records on the dealership system
