Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Nelspruit to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet clients, listen to concerns, document issues, and clearly communicate recommended services and costs.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive services. You will work with technicians to interpret diagnostics, provide accurate quotes, and manage appointment flow while building lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with customers.
• Strong understanding of automotive services and repair processes.
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and related software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and assist with vehicle check-in for service.
• Listen to customer concerns about performance and issues.
• Document customer requests and vehicle problems on repair orders.
• Consult with technicians on diagnostics and recommended repairs.
• Explain service recommendations, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Provide accurate quotes for parts and labor.
• Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle flow in the department.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
