Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd in Polokwane is assisting a Commercial dealer client with an Administrator: Service Advisor/Administrator: Costing role. You will liaise between customers and the service team, provide service cost estimates, and manage cost records to support timely invoicing.

The position emphasizes accuracy in costing, communication with technicians, and effective administration to maintain customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service role in automotive industry.
• Understanding of automotive service processes and costing methodologies.
• Proficient with service management software and basic accounting tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate costing and invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service team to facilitate smooth communication regarding vehicle servicing.
• Accurately assess customer needs and provide detailed estimates for service costs and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain cost records, ensuring all information is current and readily available for review.
• Collaborate with technicians and service staff to ensure accurate pricing and timelines for service work.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all invoicing and billing processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor service department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and report generation.
