Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital is assisting a Polokwane-based commercial dealer in filling an Administrator: Service Advisor/Administrator: Costing role. The successful candidate will bridge customer service and costing functions within the service department, providing accurate cost estimates and maintaining records.

Key duties include liaising with customers, preparing estimates for services and repairs, and contributing to cost record accuracy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in automotive.
• Strong understanding of automotive service processes and costing methodologies.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates and billing information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service team to facilitate smooth communication regarding vehicle servicing.
• Accurately assess customer needs and provide detailed estimates for service costs and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain cost records, ensuring all information is current and readily available for review.
• Monitor service department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and report generation.
