Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Automotive Service Advisor for a busy Kimberley service centre. You will be the primary contact for customers, diagnose concerns, explain repairs and maintenance, provide quotes and schedule appointments.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong automotive knowledge and a commitment to outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of automotive terminology and common repair services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service scheduling software and basic computer skills.
