Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their requirements and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and follow-ups.
• Conduct vehicle viewings and test drives with prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and finance applications accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Meet and work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay up to date with current vehicle models, specifications, promotions, and market trends.
• Assist with the delivery of vehicles and ensure customers understand the vehicle's features and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry requirements.
