Job summary

Manpower Group in Somerset West, Western Cape, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and create an engaging environment for customers and staff.

You will lead and coach team members to meet sales targets and service standards, oversee stock, merchandising, and visual presentation, and act as Manager on Duty when required. Minimum Requirements
