Job summary

Manpower Group in Somerset West is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the sales floor, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support the team with product knowledge and service delivery.

The role involves maintaining floor standards, assisting during peak times, training new staff, and ensuring accurate transactions with POS systems while flexibly working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure- 3IC, 2IC, Key holder ect.
• A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
• Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about customer service
• Matric
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
