Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings as required.
