Placements24 is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our client in Upington, Northern Cape. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail with 2+ in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving store profitability and targets in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications
