The role requires 2–3 years retail experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Residency in Paarl or willingness to relocate is preferred; training and development opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as dictated by business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Paarl, Western Cape.
