iStore in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Store Manager to steer our flagship Apple Premium Reseller. You will be responsible for the store and all its operations, lead the teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive unit, financial and developmental targets.

The role requires 5+ years in leading large teams in fast-paced retail, strong matrix management across functions, and a track record of reporting on store performance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading large teams in a complex, high turnover environment.
• Matrix management capability to ensure co-operation across business functions.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strategic thinking.
• Experience in compiling reports on store performance.
• Retail operations experience and knowledge.
• Live within 20km of Kolonnade Shopping Mall.
