iStore in Table Bay, part of The Core Group, seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive exceptional customer experiences for Apple products. You will motivate a team to achieve sales targets, maintain premium brand standards, and continuously improve store performance.

As the Store Manager, you will manage staffing, stock, merchandising, and customer engagement while collaborating with regional and head office teams to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Matric required; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• 5+ years leading large teams in a high-turnover retail environment.
• Strong leadership, cross-department collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

iStore is the home of everything Apple and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at iStore in Table Bay.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the store. You’ll lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure the store reflects the high standards of the Apple brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop your store team to perform at their best.
• Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds unit, financial, and developmental targets.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple products and solutions to create a store synonymous with everything Mac in the eyes of your customers.
• Manage all in-store operations, including staffing, stock, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and head office teams.
• Analyse and report on store performance, trends, and customer insights.
• Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and brand representation.
• Drive operational excellence and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Matric.(Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading large teams in a high-turnover, complex retail environment.
• Strong leadership and matrix management skills with the ability to drive collaboration across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong operational and reporting skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
