Job summary

Accountancy Placements Pietermaritzburg is seeking a technically strong Customer Success Engineer to own end-to-end onboarding for AI platforms. You will manage implementations, act as the liaison between clients and our engineering team, and identify opportunities to expand feature adoption.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AI/ML or conversational AI experience, 3+ years in technical customer success, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML or conversational AI experience.
• 3+ years in a technical customer success role.
• Experience with voice systems, chatbots, or conversational AI.
• Excellent communication skills and strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical client success and onboarding.
• Manage implementations and AI platform integration.
• Serve as technical liaison between clients and engineering.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of features.
• Conduct technical training, demos, and troubleshooting.
• Build and refine scalable technical processes.
