Job summary

Accountancy Placements Pietermaritzburg is seeking a technically strong Customer Success Engineer to own end-to-end onboarding for AI platforms. You will manage implementations, act as the liaison between clients and our engineering team, and identify opportunities to expand feature adoption.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AI/ML or conversational AI experience, 3+ years in technical customer success, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
