Job summary

Accountancy Placements Pietermaritzburg is seeking a technically adept Customer Success professional to own end-to-end client success and onboarding. The role involves managing implementations and ensuring seamless AI platform integration, while serving as the technical liaison between clients and our engineering team.

You will identify expansion opportunities, drive feature adoption, and conduct technical training, demos, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML or conversational AI experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• 3+ years in a technical customer success role.
• Direct experience with AI or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with voice systems, chatbots, or conversational AI.
