Job summary

Air Chefs is seeking an experienced Client Success / Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across major cities in South Africa. You will drive onboarding, nurture relationships, and expand value with enterprise clients in the AI and SaaS space.

The role requires coordinating delivery with commercial and technical stakeholders, leading client check-ins, and identifying upsell opportunities while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client Success or Account Management.
• Excellent communication for translating technical concepts.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating delivery.
• Ability to work with commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or security standards is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS or conversational AI platforms is ideal.
