Job summary

RGBC in Cape Town is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Insights team. You will work with the Marketing Director and Brand Managers to produce reporting, dashboards, brand planning, and quarterly plans, translating data into strategic insights and storytelling.

The role requires a 5+ years data analytics background, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and interest in AI-driven analytics. You will train the team on BI tools and help shape KPI delivery across our portfolio of premium beverage brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data/analytics or similar role.
• Experience in FMCG or beverage industry preferred.
• Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Pyramid, Qlik, Sigma).
• Able to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class dashboards and reporting outputs.
• Support marketing activity planning with data insights.
• Train the marketing team on critical BI tools.
• Collaborate with Head of Insights to drive KPI delivery.
