The role requires FAIS RE5, a relevant financial degree, matric, 2–4 years credit experience and 3–5 years relationship management, plus agricultural exposure. Strong analytical and networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• FAIS Compliant (RE5) requirement.
• Relevant Business Degree (Financial) and Matric completed.
• 2–4 years Credit and 3–5 years Relationship Management and Product Knowledge experience.
• Agric qualification or experience.
• Credit record check per NCA.

Responsabilités

• Strategically and operationally manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients.
• Enhance business performance and profitability.
• Drive customer service delivery in line with standards and objectives.
• Grow the active customer base by managing existing clients and acquiring new leads.
• Define sales strategy and delivery plans in support of business objectives.
• Assess and evaluate credit applications within policy and timeframes, ensuring governance.
