Job summary

You will build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and drive portfolio profitability while ensuring governance and compliant onboarding.

Based in PMB, you will manage credit assessments, support sales strategies, and expand the client base through targeted acquisition.

Qualifications

• FAIS compliant (RE5) is required.
• Relevant business or financial degree.
• Matric completed.
• Credit and relationship-management experience in agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of high-revenue farming clients.
• Identify and exploit business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Ensure governance, onboarding and adherence to policies.
• Assess credit applications within policy and timeframes.
