Qualifications

• FAIS compliance (RE5) is mandatory.
• Relevant Business Degree (Financial) is required.
• Matric is required.
• 2–4 years credit experience and 3–5 years relationship management and product knowledge preferred.
• Agric qualification or experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients.
• Enhance business performance and profitability.
• Drive customer service delivery to meet predefined standards.
• Grow active customer base by managing existing clients and generating new leads.
• Define a sales strategy and delivery plans aligned to business objectives.
• Assess and evaluate credit applications per Credit Policy within time frames.
