Groupe CFAO South Africa is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative to drive aftersales revenue by promoting aftermarket services, parts, and service contracts. You will manage and expand existing client relationships, target new business accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include promoting tyres, driver training and load testing, preparing quotes, and processing orders while supporting cash flow and debtor collections.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate ability to promote aftermarket services and value-added products.
• Strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
• Experience in targeting and converting new business accounts in After Sales.

Responsabilités

• Promotion and selling of aftermarket services, parts, accessories, rental offerings, service contracts, tyres, driver training, load testing and inhouse engineering.
• Achieve sales, growth and profitability targets in assigned territory.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and how to meet them.
• Visit new customers to ensure safe operation and promote training and load testing.
• Resolve customer questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
• Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing.
• Assist with debtor disputes and cash collections.
