Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd in South Africa seeks an experienced Technical After Market Sales Manager to lead aftermarket activities, products, and services, in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing, to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

You will manage the SupportLink team and the Spares and Wears Parts Sales departments, develop growth strategies, supervise service delivery, and drive revenue through targeted aftermarket solutions.

Qualifications

• Matric with English and Maths; ND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in plant hire or machinery sales and aftermarket support.
• Familiarity with construction and mobile equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through aftermarket products and services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Provide expert advice to clients and liaise with technical support teams to ensure timely service.
• Oversee the SupportLink department and mentor the aftermarket team.
