Nile.ag is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk in Pretoria to join our finance team. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will handle supplier invoices and help keep payments on time.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in data-capturing or accounts-payable role.
• Experience with high-volume supplier invoices and statement reconciliations preferred.
• Proficient with cloud-based platforms and modern accounting/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Capture supplier invoices.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain documents and resolve queries.
• Drive approval process for expenses before capturing.
• Maintain Excel reconciliations to ensure supplier accounts agree to statements.
• Maintain trackers for operations and sales metrics.
• Implement online filing for financial and statutory documents.
