This role is essential for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring smooth financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining vendor records, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies. Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and authorization.
• Prepare and schedule weekly or bi-weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain updated vendor files, including W-9s or equivalent tax documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

Requirements
