Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in 2nd Line support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and VoIP.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to problem solver for 1st/2nd Line escalations.
• Work across a variety of technologies, supporting users both remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced IT team.

Skills

5+ years’ experience in IT support

Strong knowledge of Windows OS

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Strong English communication skills

IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL)
