Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Good communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Log, categorise, prioritise, and manage support tickets accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues relating to Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Ensure support activities align with IT policies and security requirements.
