Tidal is seeking a Senior DTC Creative Strategist for a fast-growing, 8-figure eCommerce brand. You will own performance creative end-to-end, turning insights into high-converting direct-response concepts that scale.

You will guide a team of creators and partners, staying on the cutting edge of DTC trends and AI-driven research. This is a remote, full-time (≈40 hours/week) independent contractor role, reporting to brand leadership and collaborating with founders, media buyers, and designers to

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant DTC/ecommerce brand experience in creative strategy or direct-response marketing (US/UK/Canada/Australia).
• Proven native, UGC-style Meta ads creation from insights to testing.
• Experience supporting or owning ~$500K–$1M+ paid-social spend.
• Strong direct-response copywriting with excellent written English.
• Strong Meta Ads Manager knowledge linking data to creative decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Claude and AI tools.
• Able to collaborate with founders, leaders, and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta creative strategy across native, organic, UGC ads; develop hooks, angles, and briefs.
• Use research and campaign data to uncover opportunities for new creatives.
• Build a high-volume testing roadmap across formats and variations.
• Analyze metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA) to guide tests.
• Write direct-response copy and brief creators, editors, and partners.
• Maintain messaging quality and production standards.
• Stay updated on DTC trends and AI tools to improve output.
• Improve creative systems and workflows as the brand scales.
