Tidal is a Direct Placement Agency hiring a Data Specialist to support 8–9 figure eCommerce brands across apparel, CPG, and more. You will connect ERP, Shopify, 3PL, EDI, and analytics systems, build reliable data pipelines, and automate operational workflows.

The role involves working closely with COOs and Supply Chain leaders in a high-growth, multi-channel environment, with remote, full-time commitment and a monthly contractor fee.

Formación

• 3–5 years freelancing experience in data/operations.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication (C1/C2).
• 3–5+ years in data, systems, or operations roles within eCommerce.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite or ERP experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Proven automation development experience.
• Experience supporting $20M+ revenue brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory, fulfillment, and wholesale data.
• Experience in multi-channel environments (DTC + B2B).
• Independent, proactive, and systems-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Connect and maintain integrations between ERP (NetSuite), Shopify, 3PL, WMS, and EDI.
• Build and manage clean, reliable data pipelines across operational systems.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
• Develop dashboards and reports for inventory, orders, wholesale, and finance.
• Build and maintain automations using Parabola, Zapier, and Make.com.
• Audit data accuracy across systems and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Improve operational workflows by eliminating manual processes.
• Support wholesale/B2B data operations and EDI integrations.
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders on data-driven decisions.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and automation logic for scalability.
