Toptal is seeking a senior operator to drive solution architecture, partnerships, and client-facing business development for its Marketing Agency Organization. You will lead enterprise proposals, shape go-to-market motions, and evolve offerings with a focus on AI-enabled services.

This is a remote, fast-paced role reporting to the Practice Director. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and talent networks to generate revenue and grow the client base across SMB to Enterprise, in a globally

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in agency/consulting owning outcomes.
• Experience leading proposals or RFP responses.
• Partnerships experience with GTM motions.
• Experience across B2B and B2C across multiple verticals.
• Interest in AI for client solutions.
• Experience across marketing, sales, CS, revops.
• Strong client-facing presence and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, growing company.
• World-class individual contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead proposals and RFP responses for large, complex Enterprise deals.
• Own go-to-market execution of strategic partnerships with organizations and drive measurable revenue.
• Develop and package core service catalog across project-based and managed/retainer models.
• Represent the organization with Enterprise clients and own outcomes.
• Design AI-enabled offerings and champion AI adoption inside the team.
• Support development of sales materials and client-facing proposals.
• Build trusted relationships across sales, marketing, and talent network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evolve GTM motions and offerings.
