Tidal is hiring a Visual Designer & Content Creator for a growing home and lifestyle brand. You will design ads, social posts, emails, and video content, while managing the social calendar, email flows in Klaviyo, and an influencer program.

• 3+ years in visual design, content creation, or social media roles.
• Strong portfolio with social media content, paid ads, and email creative.
• Experience with ecommerce/direct-to-consumer brands.
• Proficient in Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Experience designing emails and automated flows.
• Solid knowledge of Instagram and TikTok formats and trends.
• Experience planning and publishing social content calendars.
• Experience managing influencers or creator relationships.
• Able to analyze trends and campaign results for improvements.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design static ads, social posts, short-form videos, Stories, Reels, email graphics.
• Create designs to increase interactions, clicks, open rates, and engagement.
• Improve Klaviyo email flows visuals and layouts.
• Build, organize, publish, and maintain social content calendar.
• Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Research competitors and trends and apply insights to concepts.
• Manage influencer program from sourcing to content collection.
• Repurpose product imagery, UGC, and brand assets across channels.
• Write hooks, captions, headlines, email copy, CTAs.
• Organize files, manage revisions, and drive projects end-to-end.
