WON is shaping the next generation of AI transformation for premium DTC and ecommerce brands, blending AI-native systems with deep human judgment to move revenue and customer outcomes. You will own end-to-end experiences, drive a premium design standard, and collaborate closely with the VP of Design to ship high-impact work.

The role focuses on scalable design systems, automated asset generation, and campaigns across brands, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and velocity.

Formación

• 5+ years of digital design experience across premium brands.
• Demonstrated ecommerce or DTC design impact with measurable results.
• Portfolio showcasing modern, premium work and strong typography.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that feel premium.
• Lead full customer journeys: acquisition, onboarding, PDP, cart and checkout, retention.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Leverage Claude Design and Figma MCP to accelerate production without quality loss.
• Identify opportunities to automate design workflows and build repeatable systems.
