Tidal is seeking a Controller or Senior Finance Manager for a fully remote role. You will own financial close, reporting, revenue recognition, and cash flow for DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channels across 8-9-figure brands.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years finance experience, a CPA or equivalent, and strong DTC knowledge. You will collaborate with operations and leadership, ensuring accuracy, inventory discipline, and scalable processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA-equivalent certification preferred.
• MBA in Finance or Business preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting
• Ensure proper accounting across revenue, returns, chargebacks, and payment processors
• Manage cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee revenue recognition across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channels
• Reconcile data between eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and fulfillment partners
• Lead inventory accounting, reserves, landed cost tracking, and margin analysis
• Maintain internal controls and support audit and tax coordination
• Improve ERP workflows, reporting accuracy, and financial automation
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership on financial strategy
