Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to build and nurture client relationships for home services clients. You will be the main liaison between clients and internal teams, directing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads, social media, and content efforts to meet client goals.

You will lead strategy development, monitor performance, and present insights to drive improvements; regular travel for client meetings and industry events is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in client-facing account management.
• 2+ years in an Account Manager role or similar.
• Proven experience in a digital agency or marketing setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid ads, and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships and act as primary contact.
• Lead training sessions on digital marketing platforms and Scorpion systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaigns and provide insights, including SEO, PPC, and social metrics.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand services within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and ROI.
• Manage client budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
