AllView Real Estate is seeking a Remote Property Manager to support our Southern California portfolio from anywhere. You’ll keep tenant, owner, and vendor records current, coordinate leases and renewals, and ensure turnovers and rent efforts stay on schedule.

This full-time, remote role offers international collaboration, hands-on coaching, and remote-friendly benefits. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and proficient with real estate workflows and platforms like AppFolio.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required.
• Highly responsive with excellent written and verbal communication.
• High integrity and reliable performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Calm under pressure with a customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with lease agreements and basic real estate workflows.
• Independent remote work setup.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communications to meet deadlines.
• Track rent payments and follow up on delinquencies.
• Coordinate maintenance requests from intake to resolution.
• Support turnovers by coordinating vendors and inspections.
• Conduct pricing comps and assist market analysis.
• Maintain tenant and property records in AppFolio and Google Sheets.
• Generate reports on maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction.
