CS Outsource is seeking an Italian-speaking STR Specialist to support day-to-day operations of a short-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

The role involves communicating with guests across platforms, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, and ensuring high guest satisfaction while collaborating with owners and internal teams.

Formación

• Fluent Italian and English written and spoken.
• Experience in Short-Term Rentals or guest services preferred.
• Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and related channels.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with guests in Italian and English across channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, messages).
• Manage guest inquiries, bookings, check-in/out, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and availability; update listings and pricing.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain records and follow STR procedures.
• Monitor reviews and escalate issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in Italian and English through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, and messaging platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, check-in/check-out questions, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability, and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing, and property information.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
• Monitor reviews and guest feedback and escalation issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English — written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Short-Term Rentals, Property Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services preferred.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Experience with PMS/channel management platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
