AllView Real Estate is seeking a Remote Property Manager to support residential and commercial property management operations across Southern California. This full-time – 1099/contractor role will connect tenants, owners, and vendors from a remote setting with an international team.

You will handle inquiries, lease renewals, rent tracking, and maintenance coordination, while maintaining accurate records in AppFolio and Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with lease renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and owners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants.
• Maintenance & Turnover Coordination.
• Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring updates are communicated and records are kept current.
• Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness.
